Reprioritizing our health and goals in the fall

It's back to school time which means another new routine.

For some of us that means less busy, and for others it means more.

Whatever it is for you, the fall time tends to be a time where women like to refocus on their health, nutrition and fitness goals.

While I'm always sad the kids are a grade older, I love this time of year. There is a newfound sense of change.
