These are my notes on the book "Colombus, How to Listen: Tools for opening up conversations when it matters most" by Katie Colombus of the Samaritans.
I read this piece with two goals in mind. One: Becoming a better listener, in general. Two: Becoming a better interviewer and moderator (also in the context of doing qualitative research; in the end, the goals sometimes overlap here).
