The Lord of Hosts title is that all created agencies and forces are under the leadership or dominion of Yahweh, who made and maintains them. It is used to express Yahweh's great power. Isaiah forty-five and verse twelve uses the phrase "all their host have I commanded." This host is preceded by "I made the earth", "I created man upon it", with Gods hands "have stretched out the heavens", and "all their host have I commanded." In Genesis chapter two and verse one sums up creation stating "the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them." Thus, the Lord overall agencies is now moving all agencies to deliver Israel.
