This 2004 Richard Linklater masterpiece, starring Ethan Hawke and Julie Deply, is a the middle film in Linklater's Before Trilogy, and it checks in on Jesse and Celine, now in their early 30s, to see how the last seven years have treated them since the events of Before Sunrise. Returning guest Marisa Carpico helps Justin & Alex breakdown this classic walk and talk romance filled with identity crises, carefully observed interpersonal and gender dynamics, decades spanning romance, fantasy and incredible imagery of Paris during the magic hour.
