This week’s episode features MUver Jacqui Hook, she joins Bobby and David to share her incredible story and spread the message that people need to ‘learn how to move and then just keep moving’ to stay healthy and young! At 62 she set a national deadlift record, she has run 13 half marathons and 2 fulls, while taking up surfing and yoga in her 50s. Basically, she is moving more in her 50s and 60s than ever before. 

Jacqui shares her journey through her back injury, going from popping 3 Advil, 3 times a day to avoiding surgery while harnessing her competitive nature and power of the MoveU community to get better than ever.
