Bidvest Wits defender Lorenzo Gordinho remains focused on the Absa Premiership title race and the Nedbank Cup despite the uncertainty surrounding the conclusion of the season. “The most important thing would be for us to win all of our league games to give us the best chance, despite dropping a few points before the lockdown, it’s a journey and there’s still quite a few games to go” he told SL Radio crew.
The former Kaizer Chiefs star also backed ‘The Clever Boys’ to make further progress in the Nedbank Cup, where they were scheduled to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the semi-final stage before the season was postponed. “When it comes to the Nedbank Cup, I think we have to reach the final and hopefully win the trophy”, added the 26 Year Old.
