Bidvest Wits midfielder Cole Alexander opens up about life in lockdown as the PSL enters its third month of suspension, revealing how the experience has made him appreciative of the opportunities which football has given him. The Clever Boys star also discusses the importance of fighting temptations during quarantine and maintaining his diet.
With his team still in with fighting chance at league glory, mathematically speaking, Alexander details his desire for the Absa Premiership to return as soon as possible. He also reveals how he’s keeping physically & mentally sharp at home, through Bidvest Wits’ home training sessions and SLTV’s Lockdown League.
The former Ajax Cape Town & SuperSport United star also gives his thoughts on the Bundesliga’s recent return, stating that despite the positive signs for other leagues to follow, that “the fans make such a huge difference”, with Matchday 26 of the German leagues having played out ‘behind closed doors’.
