0:05 - Story of Travis asking Cody to be best man for wedding.

19:55 - I am in a cut and I occasionally (1-2 times per week) wake up around 4 a.m. and am unable to fall back asleep and feel very hungry. Should I shift my food intake to be closer to my bedtime or would it be better to decrease my overall deficit to improve my sleep? The early wake-ups usually happen after heavy training days

23:58 - I regained weight from being underweight as a consequence of mental issues. In 1.5 years time, this was around 15 kgs, of course some fat but also a lot of muscle. I have a healthy weight right now, but still I feel quite skinny muscle-wise, with some (but not too much) fat. Is it responsible to keep gaining weight? Especially because I am gaining for such a long time. Or is it better to start a maintenance phase or even a mini cut before gaining more weight and muscle?

28:29  - Protein powder vs collagen. Is it true that you don’t need to track/consider collagen as a protein while I’m login in my macros on mfp? Should I track it at all since it has 90 cal per serving?

33:31 - Discussion all about Placebo

43:05 - I get over 20,000 steps daily between walking and running. I also strength train 3 times a week. I am a 5 7” 40 year old female and have gone from 113 lbs to 121 lbs within eight months. I eat around 1300 calories a day. I know this is low for my activity amount. Trying to figure out the reason for weight gain. Perhaps metabolic adaptation but I am very regimented and have had the same workout routine for ten years. Or Is it ever possible to create too much of a calorie deficit? I eat less scale doesn’t budge I eat more scale doesn’t budge. I am also vegetarian so it is difficult to get protein intake but try to get 80 to 100 grams daily. Carbs are from all veggies around 130grams and around 30 grams of fat. I’m at a loss as to what is going on! Any help would be great.
