The Case of Jamarion Lawhorn

In August 2014, a tragedy unfolded at a playground in Kentwood, Michigan. A 9-year-old boy was deceased, and a 12-year-old boy was charged with murder. 

How did this happen, and what would the criminal justice system do with such a young killer?
