- Be present It’s important for team leaders to be present at certain times in the sales process. Be sure to visit a property at least once before selling it, and check in at more formal parts of the process.
- Leverage the right tasksWhen leveraging activities, we have to ensure we’re stepping out of the tasks that take up too much of our time. One of those activities is open houses - so hire a showing agent. Don’t worry about not being present at an open house - if anything, many clients feel more comfortable with a junior employee.
- Build relationshipsStay in front of people and build connections wherever possible. Real estate is a relationship business, so never turn down an opportunity to meet new people.
