He shares his training techniques in the Polish mountains, how one BJJ tournament in his teens made him abandon his pursuit of a career in the military, and his thoughts on why Jon Jones decided to move up to Heavyweight. 

Then, UFC commentator John Gooden calls in to talk about Leon Edwards' little known journey to success, how Edwards can leverage that story for a fight against Jorge Masvidal, and what went down in the Fight Island arena when Dan Hardy and Herb Dean got into it after an apparent late stoppage.
