For a majority of my life, I had let life's past disappointments numb me to what I loved, or even liked. Which meant, I couldn't FEEL the love of all the little things I enjoyed every day. But what if we could retrain ourselves, very simply, to FEEL love for what we already have? What if we could choose a feeling we love to experience, & then identify 3 simple things to consciously FEEL that feeling every day?  You CAN, I do this every day, and in today's podcast, you're going to learn how to do this.
