Here are some tips for implementing Personal Thinking Time:

  • Minimise distractions 
  • Be open-minded. Some sessions might feel effortless and productive, while some might feel challenging or confronting
  • Save your "over-active" thoughts for Personal Thinking Time
  • Remember you can end your session whenever you want
