This week’s topic is: How To Increase Your Longevity within The Four Cornerstones

I would add not just living a long life, but a long life full of health and vitality and joy and peace. We want to be here and live a fulfilling life. And so when we really honor our wholeness, when we take care of ourselves through these four cornerstones, which are food, body, emotional wellbeing and spiritual growth, we rise up in strength. We rise up in real resilience and we rise up in our ability to really care for ourselves, independent of relying on so much outside of ourselves, in the form of relationships and trying to find safety and security in just one job or a particular thing. We build this longevity, vitality, strength, and resilience from within.

This includes the choices that we make in our lifestyle, what we're putting into our body, how we are conducting ourselves and our relationships. The relationships that we choose to lean into and how we take care of our mental health and our emotional wellbeing. All of this plays a vital role in our overall total energy, which is expressed in our daily life, it's expressed in our life force or what the Sanskrit word is prana. I'm really excited to talk about this topic today, again, from this wider perspective of the cornerstones.
